THE VIRAL SWAP, WITHOUT THE HASSLE
Put anyone in the video.
Drake’s party. The orange booth.
Your friends.
Pick a trending clip or upload your own, add a photo of each person, and AI swaps them into the scene. The moves, the camera, and the music stay exactly the same.
Character Swap is in a private preview while the swap engine gets tuned. Invited accounts can open it now; everyone else, check back soon.
Free account. No watermark. A few swaps per day.
ONE CLIP · ONE PHOTO PER PERSON · A FEW MINUTES
Three steps to a very convincing cameo.
- Pick a clip.
Choose a trend template when one is available, or upload your own 3–15 second clip with one or two people in it.
- Add your cast.
Upload one clear, front-facing photo for each person you want in the video. Say who they replace, like “the rapper on the left.”
- Download and share.
AI rebuilds the clip with your cast in place, keeping the motion, camera, and sound. Watch it, then download the MP4.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every AI swap costs real money to run, so free accounts get a small number of swaps per day, shown on the create page. There is no watermark and no subscription.
Which clips work best?
Short clips, 3 to 15 seconds, with one or two people who are clearly visible and facing the camera. The trend favorites, like the Burning Bridges party scene and the orange Hotel Lobby booth, appear as templates when they are available. You can also upload any clip you have the right to use.
Can I swap in anyone?
Only people who have agreed to it. Do not put real people into videos without their permission, and do not make videos that could mislead, harass, or embarrass someone. Swaps that break these rules may be removed and accounts closed.
What happens to my photos and clips?
Your clip and photos are sent to the AI provider that generates the swap and are kept in private storage. Everything is deleted 24 hours after the project starts. Download your video before then.
Will it look perfect?
Usually it looks surprisingly good, sometimes it looks weird. Clear photos and steady clips help. If a swap misses, try different photos. Review every video before sharing it.
